Heyyyyy!!!

Start with setting a timer to 5 mins. 

Sit with your legs crossed, in a quiet room. 

No music just the peace, and a cleared mind.

When I meditate, I meditate for 10 mins.  .  .      I usally get so sleepy if I do 15 mins!!! So I just stay at 10 for now. And yes for starters I would say from my experience 5 mins would be best! 🙃😉🙃  

I also now use one of my favorite positive/good energy musical play while I’m clearing my mind. Helps sooo much, to just be able to refresh your mind and focus on your breathing. 

Helps me achieve a greater day with a happy sense to everyone and everything. For me I meditate in the morning, right before my workout. So throughout my day I’ll remember the morning meditation at any heated moment. 😉😉

Hey babies!! First off HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!! My thanksgiving is so amazing and I had such a blast!!! Im thankful for my son! Although it can be a challenge with him at times I know that he loves me as much as I love him…he’s amazing ☺️☺️ so todays look was based off being casual and comfy! Especially with all that food i defenitaley didn’t want anything too form fitting..So I wore a nice flowy top with an adorable black & white knit kimono; Super stretchy and comfy 😩 I paired this look with my black spandex pants and cute leather boots!! I kept my jewlery to a minimum by wearing a big floral ring and a cute pink fossil earrings and my lucky gold chain.

Heyyyy!!! So a little late but heres the details on yesterdays shoot! I switched up the hair accessories, from a cute Army hat to my floral crown🌸 what seems to be a black tank is actually a LBD! Just covered the bottom half with the long stretchy skirt! 😍😍😍 also rocking my black suede pumps! Sooo comfy as well feels like im just wearing sneakers lol the bottom has actuall ridges like tennies! Details below! Enjoy!
