Currently 121 lbs. & 5’10
I haven’t been 125 in a long time. But lately I’ve been doing a lot of different workouts and my body has definitely slimmed down, now I’m gaining a lot especially muscle πππ»π» Soo excited I don’t see results as fast sometimes but I do feel good! And that’s the best part.
I used all of my last workout power which was the EAS protein powder in chocolate π« and that was all of February. Now for this month I’m using the TRUSOURCE protein & Energy powder in Vanilla.
