Sit with your legs crossed, in a quiet room. 

No music just the peace, and a cleared mind.

When I meditate, I meditate for 10 mins.  .  .      I usally get so sleepy if I do 15 mins!!! So I just stay at 10 for now. And yes for starters I would say from my experience 5 mins would be best! 🙃😉🙃  

I also now use one of my favorite positive/good energy musical play while I’m clearing my mind. Helps sooo much, to just be able to refresh your mind and focus on your breathing. 

Helps me achieve a greater day with a happy sense to everyone and everything. For me I meditate in the morning, right before my workout. So throughout my day I’ll remember the morning meditation at any heated moment. 😉😉
